Planet earth is like a schoolhouse. The curriculum topics include Aspiration, Accomplishment, Achievement and Action. It is a school of experience and all levels of awareness attend, helping us grow quickly. What better place to practice turning our aspirations into reality, bringing goals to fruition and our passions to play?
To achieve anything on planet earth we need to become involved. If we sit on the fence, life will pass us by. As a soul we are eternal; we have no limits; we are free agents in the universe. We restrict ourselves only by our concepts. Through experience we learn that we are what we think. We learn that like attracts like and whatever we aspire to we will attract.
As we aspire to accomplish it is important to recognize what motivates us and what drives us to accomplish. Are we getting caught up and the game of life is playing us? Are we competing and confused about our purpose? Or, is our driving force a desire to grow and better ourselves, realizing that as we learn to help ourselves, we help others. Whatever we desire we will draw to us. As Buddha stated “What you think, you become. What you feel, you attract. What you imagine, you create.”
The key is to trust ourselves and our innate sensitivity. Then we see where all the pieces fit together to create a structure for us to move into action.
The more we tune into our inner guidance the more we understand what we have learned in the past so we can move freely in new situations in the present. Inner security is the joy of living in the moment, with aspirations for a future by design. We are in sync with our true nature as a free soul moving through time.
There are many ways to heal confusion around ourselves and others. We are a healing force when we aspire to help others to help themselves, when we openly share our wisdom and experience without expecting anything in return, and when we accept ourselves and others as they are.
- We are no greater or lesser than anyone else. In the words of Plato, “As the builders say the larger stones do not lie well without the lesser.”
- Believe in yourself. Don’t worry about what other people think. Walt Disney didn’t. He began his career after being fired by a newspaper for not being creative enough.
- Live and let live.
“The ability to observe without evaluating is the highest form of intelligence.”
– Jiddu Krishnamurti - Use all you have.
“Believe in your infinite potential. Your only limitations are those you set upon yourself.”

When we are loyal to ourselves first, our aspirations align with our true feelings and our life becomes harmonious. We accomplish without stress. We find ourselves in the right place at the right time. Remember how unique you really are. Where would Albert Einstein have been if he had conformed to the same mores as his peers?
